The adventure begins in the midst of a chase, with the group trying to escape a community of survivors who try to attack and loot everyone. How the adventurers got to this point, however, is up to the GM. A strong beam of light hovers over the city of White Lands. This time it’s not because of the military installations, but something strange that seems to intrigue everyone who passes through the region. But that light is not possible to reach, it is as if the space-time changes as one approaches, and it changes without being possible to notice. As if it were a dream that worked on its own logic. Five adventurers attracted by this fate meet in order to understand what it is. Mystics understand that it is something that must bring about their ascension. Engineers seek to understand the science and an explanation behind it. Mutants are looking for an answer to integrate into society. Survivors want to get the promised riches of this mystery to continue, and ultimately, the Demigods want to investigate in order to make their power even more absolute. A group of people, all with their faces covered by a metal mask, find themselves and flee along with the adventurers. When they are in a safe place, the adventurers can hear from one of the men, who knows a way to get to the beam, indicating that to the north of the region there is an underground city and that the answer may be in that place. The adventurers must find a way to reach the beam of light and claim it before the other groups find ways to reach it.
